Sasa Demarle - Stars 2.56" x 3.12" Flexipan (Full)

The baking mold, shown above, is considered a full pan. Full pans are great for residential kitchens and commercial bakeries. The Flexipan measures 18" x 26" creating 24 indents, each indent is 2.56" x 3.12" with a 1.2 oz. capacity. It has a temperature tolerance between -40 °F to 536 °F it is great for the oven, microwave and freezer. Flexipans work exceptionally well in ventilated and deck electric ovens, although temperatures and baking times will vary based on the oven used. Flexipans are fantastic at creating smooth, creamy and fluffy batters. Flexipans are made out of food grade silicone and glass fabric. Both of these materials are fantastic at baking food evenly while providing non-stick properties, this allows pastry crusts to reach a perfect golden brown. When Flexipans are taken care of properly they should last between 2,000 to 3,000 uses, an exceptionally long life for bake ware.
