Every drop of Lighthouse Gin is handmade by Rachel Hall, New Zealand’s first female Head Distiller, and crafted in small batches using natural spring water from the Remutaka Range’s ancient aquifer. Lighthouse Gin contains nine botanicals including hand-zested Yen Ben lemons that gives way to a low juniper, citrus forward taste profile that is clean, fresh, and vibrant.

Subtle citrus, clean pine, and hints of herbaceous notes

Initial brightness for lemon zest, juniper, and coriander accents, spicy mid-palate of cinnamon and cassia bark
