Designed for threaded stud (M8/5/16"-18), bolt-down, and top-post battery connections (SAE/DIN/EN standards). Note: JIS pencil posts are not included. Lithium battery users may require additional studs to the rear adapter.
- Anodic Oxide Layer Removal Creates Conductive Zones: Battery terminal blocks are fabricated from heat-treated 6061-T6 aluminium alloy and precision-machined to ensure high accuracy and durability. Fixtures feature unique coloured anodic oxidation treatment, delivering exceptional corrosion resistance. Furthermore, to enhance electrical performance, the anodic oxide layer is deliberately removed at battery terminal-to-power-cable connection points to form conductive zones, ensuring seamless electrical conductivity.
- Automotive Battery Terminal Connector Compatibility: 12-way terminals support 8AWG to 4/0 AWG wire gauges for both copper and aluminum wire. Designed for 00 (2/0) AWG welding cables and are equally efficient with other gauges including 1/0 AWG, 2 AWG, 4 AWG, 6 AWG, and 8 AWG, but holders are larger than these gauges. The design accommodates up to eight cables in total, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of automotive and car audio battery terminal needs.
